FOR SOME, the purpose of attempting fitness is aesthetic. For others, it’s a social event, or an opportunity to catch up on reading while gently riding a recumbent bike. Regardless, if you find your motivation or interest in fitness to correspond to any of these desires, this site is not for you.

FITNESS, by modern standards, is a watery serving of muscle isolation, nutritional misinformation, and fear of legal action. Most gyms are lined with mirrors, crammed with machines, and proudly display ”the newest fitness technology”, while avoiding and discouraging the use of simple equipment and techniques that have worked powerfully for warriors and athletes alike. These facilities cater almost entirely to a public who wants results without hard work, and equipment companies that have convinced them hard work is dangerous and counterproductive. This site is an ongoing effort to document the effects of hard work focused on attainable goals. We use any and every method to reach those goals, and the only "program" we follow is the one we create on a daily basis.

Crossfit Huntsville is a training facility. Attempt everything you see here at your own risk. The workouts, weights, and tests prescribed are meant only for specific individuals in the conditions of our facility.
