Five laps to make 800m sucks… too many turns

I started and ended at the white board with 4 laps around the lot. The turns did suck and so did counting laps.

Leg is just about there. Nowhere to go but UP!!!
As Rx’ed: A touch less than 24 bad minutes.
I unintentionally built in plenty of room for improvement.
Symptoms: fatigue, dry mouth, a desire a lie down. I’m sure more symptoms will show up tomorrow.

Worked on Handstands and Front Levers… still a long way to go.

-jumping pullups
-1st 100 pushups were regular
-2nd 100 pushups were on the knees (I figured getting the full range of motion was more beneficial for getting better at pushups than collapsing and peeling myself up)
