As Rx 8:34 , I was using Donald a.k.a “Bubba” as a speed marker to beat. He eventually pulled ahead , I just couldn’t catch that short Jarhead! I owe 50 WB@25 for losing the race “Loser Redemption” I’ll pay the reaper in the morning.
Improved from 9:53 outside throwing the ball to a partner over a 10ft. goal post.
Sucked alot more against a wall without the nice little break while your partner catches, squats, then chunks it back.
Not bad as I had to use only my left arm for throwing due to my right biceps tendon tear. Strategy was 25 to start and then basically sets of 10 the rest of the way. I think with a bit more effort I could get sub 7. Interested to see Kevin Lowes time!!
6:28 on the WallBall Shots. 30 mins before that: Deadlifts 5×5 (extra strength workout) 315, 325PR, 325PR, skipped last two sets since I already PR’d and my lower back was fried.
6:54 on Karen right before that i did heavy overhead squats ended it with 3 reps at 255 after both those workouts my back felt like it was trying to rip of my body
11:49. I did sets of 10 most of the time but this one was rough for me. Taught me I need to continue working on my squats. My legs still feel pretty locked.
Time 15:30. Used 20# ball for first 65-70 reps, then Russell changed me to a 16# ball just prior to my heart attack. Again, nowhere to go but up. Once again proved my theory that you can’t really puke if you have no food in your stomach. And with some physical therapy I should be able to walk again one day. Arrrghh!

Finally made up the WODS. I was lagging behind by two days.
Front Squats tomorrow will finally get me back with the class.
Thought “Karen” was going to be harder than it was. Don’t get me wrong…it still sucked but it is no “fran” or “helen”
Fun time in the gym today with the DU horse and handstand work.

Muscles ran out of gas and had to break up the last 70 into 5 rep sets. Didn’t get dizzy or sick, so that’s a plus.

10:51. Russell, what you are experiencing is the per-child performance penalty, they should have given you documentation at the hospital.

Suffered from muscle fatique; workout exposed a weak lower back.

I used a 10lb ball and my time was 8:13…maybe I will graduate to the big girl ball soon.
