BS – still stuck at 345
SP- did 5×3 at 135 (down from 5×5 at 135)
DL- subed 3×3 PC and Jerk- 185, 205, 225 (X – 2 of 3)
Squat – 405 PR
SP – 190 PR
DL – 480 PR
BS- still a sorry ass 315, failed on 325
SP- 200 down 5 lbs
DL- Failed on 500 and 485 got the 500 past the knees again. I didn’t feel like failing on anything lower so I stopped.
BS – 245 PR
SP – 155
DL – 325 PR
Total 775 up 70lbs.
My 13 y.o. daughter was my work out partner today,
managed to get her to yell at me on the DL.

Dead Lift 385 PR ( I guess the squats while I was hurt paid off-I think I can get 400)
% Roundsof ring dips, double unders, air squats and sit ups befoe the dead lift.
Pretty sure Craig can get 400 I was impressed with how fast the 385 went up.
