11:03 – about 30 seconds slower than last time
WOD – work like it’s monday, sprint to car to get sushi at Fresh Marketat 1:20, eat luch while talking on phone and solving problems (again, like it’s Monday), drink water as quickly as possible (spicy crawfish sushi is HOT), go home and have Bud Light Lime.
PR – 8 Hours

17:37 first time to do this one for time.
Did not record time since we had to share the GH machines. Found out that I have injured my left lower abs& had to do unanchored situps instead. Still hurt some though. No idea how I hurt my abs. Crap…
Thank goodness it’s a rest day. That workout gives me migraines!

Did this one untimed again. Still a rough workout. I really have no desire to know how long and painful it would be without a decent amount of rest between sets.

Did this one on a Roman Chair instead of GHD. Works about the same.
