30:20 First run since having the baby…Hate to admit it but I actually had to come to a full stop heading up the steep hill on the backside of the course…argh. Better luck next time!
32:30 which is horrible and way slower than my last 5K. But I finally figured out how to run in my new shoes, so I’m not too bummed. I have been getting horrible calf cramps when I run, and after the first half of the course I figured out how to fix it. I don’t know if it’s Pose or something else, but the last half of the course felt great and I didn’t have to stop.
Eat in as many trendy hot spots in Beverly Hills and Hollywood as possible. Count number of celebs seen. AMRAP 24hours. Spago and Cut\ — Wolfgang puck, Hedi and Spencer Montag.
27:09 – Almost 2 minutes added from my last run. Felt horrible, had to walk up most of the hill and got scratched by a thorn bush :( … just a bad run for me!
Ran 5K around Hampton Cove (with a hill), 29:49. Not great but improving, less than 30min which is a PR! Music helped set a faster pace. Not brave enough to try Motley Crue’s “Kickstart My Heart” yet!

22:56. Thats at least 2 min slower than my road 5k. That steep hill just took all my speed.

24:24 twenty seconds better than last time. Can almost bet that I will always be in the 24 min range no better no worse. Its strange

32:10 – Didn’t push the pace much. I don’t normally run 5K and i wasn’t sure what i could do. Practiced the pose method best I could.
24:30 ish. Slower than last time, and on a flat course in research park. On the plus side my knee is making audible popping noises with every step!

32:45. Just kicked my ass for some reason. Tried to run Pose the whole time. HATE that hill !!!
