115-pound Hang clean, 15 reps
12 Ring dips
21 Sit-ups

6 rounds + 10 cleans.
4 rounds + hc + dips + some ridiculously close number. grrr (65#)
7 rounds + 7 ring dips
Back Squats 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
230-240-245-245X-240(half squat to parallel not below)-240-250
The last 250 tied my PR and went up easy, maintained back extension, and blew through the sticking point. A 1RM for me is as much mental as physical, probably could have got another 5lbs maybe more.
HPC’s at 105….do to really weird weights here at the in-laws house but they do have rings for ring dips…..go figure

6 rounds +10 Hang cleans. Hang cleans at 75lbs. I realized afterwards that the rx girl weight was 80lbs. Ugh!

Done in the Basement HoboGym with Dylan (15yo),we had to share the single set of rings. Man, if t hadn’t been for waiting on the rings…I could have had…maybe 4½ rounds. That my story and I’m sticking to it.
