Handstand push-ups 5 reps
Bench press 135 pounds, 10 reps
Push press 95 pounds, 15 reps
Dips 20 reps

16lb Sheaf toss for height – 18 feet
56lb weight for height- 9 feet, made 10 but didn’t cross the bar
56lb weight for distance- ? cant remember
28lb weight for distance- 22 feet
20lb stone for distance- 24 feet
26lb hammer throw- 48 feet (pictured)

Divebombed into the bottom on the second rep, back rounded and dumped. But… got 205 x1 which has been one of my long term goals. Front squat over 200lbs. Kinda stoked.

with 100yd sprint between each round
Finished the first round in a little under 5 min. then noticed it was 3pm and I had to get ready for work.
Dylan (15yo son) finished in 13 min.

I’m not sure it is possible to push press while seated since PP is all about the hips. makes me really want to see just what it is you were doing?

4 rounds in just under 30 minutes
seated dumbbell push press 5 reps @ 50#dbs, 45#, 40#, 35#
Bench press 10 reps @ 135#, 115#, 105#, 105#
dumbbell push press 15 reps @ 45#dbs, 45#, 40#, 40#
wide grip dips 20 reps
I can tell I haven’t worked out in a week.
As Rx’d – 4 rounds and 2 horrible HSPU’s. I was falling over on my third HSPU at the beep.

I meant seated press. It was my substitute for handstand pushups. I did push press standing with the dubbells.

The dips killed me- really had to fight for the last dips against the clock.
