I will miss this one. I am on the road and too far away from weights in the desert in California. I will try something in the hotel room tonight. I brought my Hopper Deck of cards to inspire me. Getting 3.5 hours of sleep to wake up at 3am did not help. Off to the other coast all next week. Hope to hit CF Boston next week if my meetings do not go too long.

Lost my mojo here, couldnt breath didn’t have hip power. Shoulders still killing me on a Thruster. Oddly I can do a strict press or a push press no problem. Starting to really upset me.
Warmed up and was asked to leave the gym due to closing. Went to the gym on post instead. It had to be over 85 degrees inside and I couldn’t take my shirt off. To top it all off I had crappy metal weights that I couldn’t bounce or toss on the floor. I had to slow the bottom of all my SDHPs so as to not bang them off the floor. I stopped at 8 rounds total with about 28 seconds on the clock. My back was on fire.
