6 rounds even 30-12-15-15-17-15 = 104 pull-ups total
6 rounds 84 pull-ups (16-16-15-11-12-14) + 200m
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
6 rounds, 5 thruster, 7 HPC
6 rounds, 15+10+10+8+10+10=63 (assisted ring pull ups)

As for Nicole, I did this one at CFATL and I over ran the 400m by mistake (ugh). Only did about 28 pullups due to some hand issues.
Damn iPhone keeps “correcting” my posts so that they don’t make sense. Excuse all the errors in my previous message-
5 rounds plus 300m run, 11 + 11 + 11 + 11 + 12 = 56 pull ups
8 pullups into the 6th round. Did 20 pullups (toe on box to assist) each round. So 108 p/ups total.
6 rounds, 63 PU + 8 PU and ~150m
84 pullups in 8 rounds. Running felt ok, but the pullups weren’t that great.
