Challenge Requirements
Remember, our goal is to follow the Zone diet using QUALITY foods for a little over 4 weeks! This means MEASURING and WEIGHING your food, and staying away from unfavorable carbs like grains, pasta, sugar, and dairy.
We will ask you to keep a detailed food journal every day ( this can be your current workout log), and we strongly encourage you to participate in daily discussions online in the comments section of the Workout of the day.

How it will work:
Starting on January 11th, and lasting until February 11th, the Zone diet challenge will be a community-driven event led by you guys. This means that we need you to sign up, make a commitment, and try to stick to it. All of our coaches will be available to answer diet questions in the first five minutes of class every day, and we will want you to have your food journal available so we can use your data to help you along the way. We will also have another saturday diet class on the 30h of January, where we will check in on everyone’s progress!

After February 11th, we will decide the top five contenders by having everyone in the competition vote on a winner. This vote will be based on the compliance, creativity, motivation, and results of every participant. From there, our coaches will pick the top three winners and reward them with the cash prize.
