L Pull-ups were a little sketchy in the last round. Reversing my grip every two or three pull-ups helped a lot.
I have no clue how long it took me since I ended up doing an extra round of wall ball shots…….but I finished :) L sits and kipping practice. My hands are screaming at me.
Um, you were soooooo not feeling it, and you finished the stinkin WOD!!! See, maybe you need to ‘not feel it’ more often girl….Way to go!!!

Strict pull-ups with skinniest band (don’t know the color) & red band
L-holds-1 min each round
As rx’d- 29:34. L-pull ups were a killer! After the second set, I just had to do them two at a time. I’ll try changing my grip next time, like Jake did and see if it helps. Biceps and legs are dog-cussin’ me right now. Just glad I finished. Wall ball shots STILL suck…
The workout tomorrow is brutal!!
30:50 with L-sits and kipping practice. I can get the 10# ball well over the line, so I graduated to the 14# ball–what a difference! Ugh! I can get it just shy of the line, but no matter how deep I squatted or how hard I jumped, just couldn’t get it quite there. Frustrating for us shawtys! Amy was hilarious–she was so determined to get every single one over the line. I think she did about 100 extra shots!! I applaud her perseverance!
On the bright side, Kerri and Tracey showed me how to do strict pull-ups with the band and I was able to pop out a few! Yay–I’m getting stronger! ;)
