Diet and Nutrition
The diet we recommend at CrossFit Huntsville is foundational to our program. To make sure you get the most out of your membership, all of our clients receive one-on-one diet and nutrition training, as well as bodyfat testing, taping, and blood-pressure testing. When you sign up as a member of CrossFit Huntsville, our trainers will give you all the tools you need to start a good diet, stick with it, and quickly show you improvement in all of your physical measurements.
So how do we eat? It’s not a secret.
1. CrossFit Huntsville members eat quality foods, primarily meats, veggies, nuts, seeds, and fruit.
2. We also use a measurements system called the Zone diet to help balance your bodies hormonal response to these foods, creating a safe and effective environment for weight loss, health and elite performance
