What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program, capable of dramatically improving the fitness of everyone from elite athletes to grandparents.

CrossFit uses a wide variety of functional movements, ranging from Olympic lifting and gymnastics to sprinting and Rowing. The CrossFit workout of the day, or “WOD” is a constantly-varied mix of these movements, done daily in our group classes. Along with expert coaching in our foundational movements, our Coaches regularly provide diet and lifestyle counseling, helping you to build the foundations of a fitter, healthier life.


How do I start?

1. Come to a Free intro class

2. Complete our Foundations course

Monthly CrossFit Rates-

2 Classes per week – 85.00 per month

3 Classes per week- 100.00 per month

4 Classes per week- 140.00 per month

5 Classes per week- 175.00

Unlimited plan- 200.00 per month

Family membership discount- We offer a  50$ monthly discount for a single family member added to your membership, and a 25$ monthly discount for adding an additional family member. (family members must live in the same household)

Military/LEO/Fire Discount- 15%
