CrossFit Women

CrossFit Women is a group fitness class designed for the average woman looking to increase her functional fitness, lose weight, improve strength and endurance, and break away from her regular routine.

CrossFit Women classes rely on the same basic movements and workouts as our CrossFit program, combining functional weightlifting, body-weight movements, and calesthenics into short, constantly varied workouts. Run, jump, push, and sweat with others in this competitive and fun class!

Monthly CrossFit Rates-

2 Classes per week – 85.00 per month

3 Classes per week- 100.00 per month

4 Classes per week- 140.00 per month

5 Classes per week- 175.00

Unlimited plan- 200.00 per month

Family membership discount- We offer a  50$ monthly discount for a single family member added to your membership, and a 25$ monthly discount for adding an additional family member. (family members must live in the same household)

Military/LEO/Fire Discount- 15%
