Yoga
Our Yoga program is designed to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and muscular endurance complimentary to the needs of a CrossFit athlete. Work on stretches and forms that will improve hip mobility, shoulder flexibility, and over-all well-being in a relaxing and rehabilitative environment.
This class has been temporarily canceled until Katherine, our Yoga instructor, returns from maternity leave. The class will resume in July 2010! In the mean time, we will be working with her to bring some of her more effective yoga progressions to our regular CrossFit class cool-downs.
