12 Minute AMRAP of:

-4 Squat Snatch 115/75 RX+135/95 MRX 95/65

-4 Bar Facing Burpees

-4 Bar MU’s MRX 4 C2B Pull-Ups -12/10cal Row

Core Development:

– 25 GHD Sit-Ups or Weightedt sit-ups

– 25 Reverse Rower Tucks

– 25 Butterfly ab-mat sit-ups
