    You won’t find a more polite and respectful person in the gym. Joseph is as good as they get and he has worked incredibly hard to accomplished a lot in his short time of CrossFitting. He’s made huge gains in strength, endurance, and gymnastics but he’s an elite runner with elite speed. Keep setting goals and knocking them out buddy!

His commitment and dedication are evident in the incredible gains he has made. He takes coaching to heart and works incredibly hard to implement and adopt any feedback he is given.
