A. Front Squat: 6 sets of 2-4 reps   E2:30MOM

B. Based on Regionals Event 1 2017

For Time:

800m Run   RX+ 1200m Run

Then, 10 rounds of:    RX+ 12 rounds

4 HSPU   RX+ strict HSPU

8 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

12 Air Squats

**RX+ wear a 20/14lb vest
