OPEN WOD 19.2

Beginning on an 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  15 squat cleans, 135/85   MRX 115/65
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  13 squat cleans, 185/115   MRX 135/85
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  11 squat cleans, 225/145   MRX 155/105
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  9 squat cleans, 275/175   MRX 185/125
If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  7 squat cleans, 315/205   MRX 205/145

Stop at 20 minutes.

 

 

We will be hosting the Open today at 915AM and 515PM! 

We will have childcare for the 915AM session. 

Our regular 915AM, 515PM and 615PM classes are canceled along with morning Open Gym.

    Didn’t reach my goal of making it through the whole WOD, but came close. Big thanks to Justin Waldo’s for judging me and encouraging me, and to every single voice I heard when I was deep in the pain cave at the end!!!!
