12 ring muscle-ups     Ages 55+: chest to bar pull-ups
100 double-unders
20 dumbbell snatches   50lb/35lb      Ages 14-15 and 55+: 35lb/20lb
100 double-unders
12 bar muscle-ups      Ages 55+: chest to bar pull-ups

(14 minute time cap for Open athletes — 25 minute time cap for classes)




REMINDER: We will be hosting The OPEN today at 915AM and 515PM. We WILL have childcare for both sessions.

Our regular 915AM, 515PM and 615PM classes are canceled.

    Oh yeah, love it! Courtney coaching up Bobby P with the same grit and gusto she brings to every WOD! Bobby working hard with his family there to cheer him on. This is what the Open is all about — so awesome!! 🙂

    That’s Bobby P, his family watching, and Courtney yelling it up! Bobby is a freakish natural athlete with unmatched humility. He’s a total pleasure to coach and wod with and a great representative of CFHSV. Love having his awesome family come support him. And Courtney breathes fire when she WODs, coaches, or judges. Love it all

    True Story: Once upon a time in 0500, Bobby P wasn’t sure if he could do a ring muscle up. He approached the rings, started a kip, and 6 ring muscle ups later he paused at the top and asked if he was doing it correctly.

    This guy is strong, fast, and super nice!
