    Great shots of Lindsay J doing what she does best! This girl is a motivated, hard working athlete who continues to improve in all areas of her fitness. She knows how to move a barbell and she always makes it look easy. Keep it up, stud 😁

    Lindsay Split Jerk Jacks! This young lady loves her Olympic Lifts and works them. She also throws down every WOD she gets a hold of. She’s got all kinds of skills, a slick sense of humor, and we’re super glad that CFHSV is her home away from home.
