MRX: 185/125 and push press 95/65, then 255/165 and sets of 10 HSPU

Ages 14-15: 135/95 then 185/135

Scaled ages 16-54: 135/95 then 185/135 and hand release push-ups

 

 

 

We will be hosting The OPEN today at 915am and 515pm!

We WILL have childcare for the 915am sessions.

Our 915am, 515pm and 615pm classes as well as AM Open Gym are canceled.

    Joseph in picture perfect OHS form. He’s locked out and deep in the squat with focus. Joseph is a great guy with smokin engine and he’s always up for a challenge. Keep it up dude!

    A. Deadlift: warmed up then 405×5, 455×3
    B. Rx weight at 225/315, scaled to HRPU and Bear Crawl, made it through the 21 deadlifts at 315 and 1 50meter Bear Crawl at cutoff.
