    Jeremy strolls into the 615 class, looks at the board, sees what he has to do to post a top score, and heads back to his office to get at it. Don’t let the smile fool you, the dude throws down every single wod! How he generates so much powers from those skinny legs is beyond me- wod on!

    My man Jeremy lights up the gym the second he shows up. He’s got a non stop engine and work ethic in and out of the gym. Can’t be overstated what an exceptional athlete and person he is. If you don’t know Jeremy he’s the guy that just spent 10 minutes talking to you about whatever you wanted in a way that makes you feel like he came to the gym just to talk to you. Keep rocking homeboy!

    I’m not sure whether I should brag about what an awesome athlete this guy is or what a truly awesome person he is! Jeremy is top notch, world class in every way. He’s such a genuine guy, and everyone who knows him loves him. AND he’s a total animal when it comes to CrossFit. Keep it up my friend, you’re the best! 😁

    The energy that Jeremy brings to workouts is really unmatched. I think I have PR’d with him as a partner every time I’ve worked out with him, literally. On top of that, he’s a great guy who’s friendship I really appreciate.

    He truly does make you feel important when he speaks to you. My fav memory of Jeremy was when he was paired to judge me during my first Rx Fran attempt. I never had time to feel sorry for myself during the WOD because I was so impressed by how positively radiant he was coaching and encouraging me- I was able to get through it and PR because of him! Top Notch dude in every day. The guy with the MILLION DOLLAR smile.

    – Thank you for all the super kind comments! I truly would be lost w/o cfhsv! Not only is this a great escape from the hardships of reality, I have been so blessed to meet and befriend some of Huntsville’s finest. Now, if you live in Madison or the surrounding areas of Hsv, this includes you too! haha Aside from that, I think I speak for everyone when I say that we have the greatest, most caring and loving coaching staff!     I miss the days when Jeremy frequented the morning classes! Then he started adulting, graduated, and is big time now! Wait- he’s always been big time! I’ve yet to figure out he he moves so freakishly fast with such big weight and then smiles as he laps you again and again and again! You rock, Jeremy!
