    The Tasmanian Damian! Damian attacks WODs with an appetite for speed and pain. It’s truly fun to watch Damian go as hard as he does. It’s motivating and contagious. Away from the WOD he’s just as quiet and polite as can be. Thanks for coming back after our 101 and not working out in your garage buddy. CFHSV is better with you.

    Damian! This guy is an all out, sell out athlete who goes 100% from the moment he hears “Go”!! Damian is a stellar CrossFitter and always kind and encouraging to those around him. Way to be Damian, keep it up! 😁
