    Kohler with the goblet lunge. It ain’t as easy as he makes it look. Kohler makes everything look easy though. Kohler is the youngest elder statesmen of the 7am crew. He’s earned his stripes from the toughest crowd at CFHSV. He’s a great guy that’s steady in his training and attitude. He’s a class act and I’m glad he brings it to CFHSV.

    Kohler is a laid back, easy going guy who trains smart, works hard and shows up as consistently as anybody. He’s as nice as can be and always brings a positive attitude and a friendly smile 😁 Always a pleasure chatting with Kohler and having him in class!

    I was fortunate to throwdown this morning with the 7am class and the CrossFit model of the day. Kohler may seem easy going, but he is an animal after 3-2-1-go. He is a great dude who is also a CrossFit stud. Keep working hard bud!

    Kohler! Look at that picture perfect lunge! This guy is always focused on proper form/technique and it pays off. He is always a kind face in the mornings and sets the standard for 7am! Awesome athlete and great guy!
