      I was told by someone after posting my score, that I didn’t open my hips on a few of my reps (during the last set) of burpee box jumps. 👿

      Please write my score in blue. SCALED. 🗿🎧

      I believe using pink or scratching out my name would be an appropriate course of action for my transgressions against the code of crossfit Huntsville. Lashings, water boarding, and/or burpees are also an acceptable form of punishment, for the lack of standard.

      I will perform 10x Hail Berry’s and 4x air squats in lieu of my misconduct.
