    Chris T don’t play! Chris and his family bring their best to CFHSV every time they walk through the doors. Chris is a natural athlete and CrossFit has improved his total fitness along with his family’s. Glad y’all found CrossFit and CFHSV!

And that’s exactly what Chris T brings every day! He’s a hard core CrossFitter who is consistent and committed, and he’s an incredibly genuine person as well. I’m always glad to see Chris walk through the door! 😁
