    Kathy! I did Kathy’s personal 101 7 or more years ago. She’s been a staple at CFHSV and the 6:15 class ever since. Kathy has been so consistent just this past week hit a PR on bench press to make the leaderboard! She’s has a kind smile and word of encouragement for those around her, she’s CrossFit through and through, and it hasn’t been a full day at CFHSV until she walks though the door. You’re awesome Kathy 😊

    Can’t say enough good things about this lady. Kathy is just the kind of person you want to know. She’s kind, friendly, encouraging, easy going, hard working and thoughtful. She makes CFHSV a better place and she’s been doing so for many, many years. And this woman knows how to work! Kathy always give 100%. Keep rocking, Kathy! 😄
