    What a stud couple these two make! Kayla and Matt have been consistent and hard working since day one, and it looks like they haven’t skipped a beat even while at home. When it’s go time, both of these animals put the pedal to the metal and don’t let up until the work is done. Stay after it, Kayla and Matt! 😁

    Kayla and G Money putting in work next to each other is awesome to see. Matt’s always got a smile and Kayla always has a joke so it’s great to have em in class. They also know how to work hard and the proof is in their fitness. Miss seeing y’all and the rest of CFHSV but glad y’all are still moving and sweating. May the 4th and force be with you all all day long!

    Been working out as usual but just busy busy getting ready to go to work. The WOD today was rough on my left shoulder in the warm up so I altered it to keep from injury. Instead of pull ups I did T2B & very light on snatches.
    35lb KBS, 45 lbs thrusters, 10 lb snatch, T2B & 100 singles.

    3 rounds & 92 reps- 60 shy of finishing. Looking forward to the gym opening up again!!
