We WILL have classes today at 815am, 915am, 1130am, 315pm and 415pm, as well as regular Open Gym.

All other classes are canceled.

    Amanda P climbing that rope with ease! This lady is so hard working and consistent with her training, and her efforts continue to pay off. Amanda is a well rounded CrossFitter who keeps getting strong, faster and fitter. And she’s always a pleasure to be around! Way to work, stud 😁
