Min 1 = Burpees to a plate
Min 2 = WallBalls   20/14 to 10/9′   MRX 20/10 to 9′

Min 3 = Deadlifts   115/75   MRX 95/65

Min 4 = WallBall Sit-Ups   20/14   MRX 20/10

Min 5 = Hang Power Cleans   115/75   MRX 95/65

Min 6 = REST

Saved by the Barbell is an annual, world-wide CrossFit community Labor Day workout and fundraising effort to bring CrossFit to more kids everywhere.

 

 

 

REMINDER: We will have a limited schedule today:

We WILL have classes at: 

815AM, 915AM, 1130AM, 315PM and 415PM as well as regular Open Gym

All other classes are canceled. 

We WILL have childcare from 8AM-1130AM and from 3PM-515PM.

    Picture Perfect Paulk! David is a CrossFit specialist in moving well. If you’ve seen him move then you’re probably in awe and a little jealous. David is a great guy and another reason we look forward to coming to the gym every day. Thanks for rockin dude!

    It’s almost unfair how easy this guy makes everything look! David P is strong, skilled, and moves with beautiful form and technique. He’s a super nice guy who is humble and hard working too. Keep it up, David! 😁
