The focus of the CrossFit Running & Endurance programming is to improve running efficiency, increase aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, and have fun! While the majority of the class focuses on running, this is not a traditional running program. Classes also incorporate CrossFit movements and programming. These will be challenging but manageable workouts…as if you would expect anything less from CrossFit? And don’t forget, this is CrossFit, and you have to be prepared for the unknown…you may just need your swimsuits and goggles for a WOD or two!
