THEN (immediately after finished)

    Based on that criteria…I’m an all around better athlete than you. It’s ok, you can have the dead lift,. I will always remember that time when I finished the last workout that day, went and got a drink, took a shower, ate a sandwich, and still had time to cheer you on at the end of the workout.
