6 – 4 – 6 – 3 – 2 – 3

Open WOD  14.2 & 15.2

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible:

From 0:00 – 3:00

2 Rounds of:

10 Overhead Squats 95/65  MRX 65/45

10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups  MRX Jumping C2B

From 3:00 – 6:00

2 Rounds of:

12 Overhead Squats

12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

From 6:00 – 9:00

2 Rounds of:

14 Overhead Squats

14 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Continue following  the same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds.  You cannot begin the next round until entire 3 minutes have elapsed.

1200m Run

30 burpees to a plate

3K Bike

25 burpees to a plate

800m Run

20 burpees to a plate

2K Bike

15 burpees to a plate

400m Run

10 burpees to a plate

1K Bike

5 burpees to a plate
