    CrossFit class. Learning and practicing to move our bodies through time and space while also dancing with and around inanimate objects to achieve and maintain health and fitness. It’s a beautiful pic full of beautiful bodies moving in simple and profound ways. CFHSV athletes are awesome creatures with magnificent capabilities that rise to the challenge every day. I love this pic. It represents so very much.

This picture embodies work, focus, leadership, care, encouragement and all that we hope for CrossFit Huntsville and it’s athletes!

    My favorite coach! It has been amazing to watch Bradley make this huge change and get to do what he loves every day. He is so passionate about helping every single person that walks in. CFHSV is so much more than just a job to Bradley and I think it definitely shows!

      Yes it shows!!! Bradley you are a great coach and I’m proud of you. You live up to the standards that CFHSV coaches teach. We are fortunate to have you and all of our coaches. Just travel around the country and you will know what I mean !
