-Hang Squat Cleans 135/95 RX+ 155/105 MRX 95/65

-Box Jumps 24/20″ RX+ 30/24″ MRX 20/18″

C. Core, Squat & Shoulder Development:

– 1min Handstand Hold w/wall or freestanding

– 1min Bottom of Air Squat/Goblet Squat (light/mod KB) Hold

-1 min High Plank Hold

-1min Bottom of Air Squat/Goblet Squat (light KB) Hold

-1 min Hollow Hold

400m run @90%

600m run @ 85%
