-30 Russian KBS  24/16kg   RX+ 32/24kg  MRX 20/12kg
Rest 2 Minutes
-20 Deadlifts BW/75% BW
-Run 400 meters
-20 Push-ups
-20 Russian KBS
Rest 1 Minute
-10 Deadlifts BW/75% BW
-Run 200 meters
-10 Push-ups
-10 Russian KBS

Core Development:

-30 Hip Extensions

 

 

 

CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

7 minute run @ 85%

rest 3 minutes

5 minute run @ 85%

rest 3 minutes

3 minute run @85%

rest 4 minutes

5 x 200m sprints with 200m recovery walk or jog between efforts
