EMOM Build Up/Primer

*Bar starts on floor for all lifts, these lifts are to be linked without setting down the bar*
-Min 1 = 3 Strict Press to 3 OHS
-Min 2 = 4 Push Press to 4 Front Squats
-Min 3 = 5 Push Jerk to 5 Back Squats
-Min 5&6 = REST 2min Add/Adjust weights
-Min 7 = 3 Strict Press to 3 OHS
-Min 8 = 4 Push Press to 4 Front Squats
-Min 9 = 5 Push Jerk to 5 Back Squats

For Time: 
-10 Strict Press  95/65   RX+ 115/75   MRX 75/55
-15 OHS
-200m Run
-20 Push Press
-25 Front Squats
-400m Run
-30 Push Jerks
-35 Back Squats
-800m Run

4 Minute Run @ 90%

10 Minute Jog at Recovery Pace
