Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round.

*Score is final time minus 12 minutes and each round individual times

3 rounds, each for time of:

20 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
30 Handstand Push-Ups
40 GHD Sit-Ups
50 Kettlebell Goblet Squats   24/16kgs

Rest exactly 3 minutes between each round.

 

 

 

CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

3 rounds of:

400m sprint

rest 1 minute

2 x 200m sprint

rest :30 between efforts

4 x 100m sprint

100m recovery walk between efforts
