Nate said something that really put the WOD in perspective today.
Jake is not a workout, but the name of a husband, son, bother who gave everything. A workout was named after him because of his sacrifice.
May not look like much but I did my best to honor Jake. 6+22 RX

Jack was evidently much harder than I thought. It messed me up so bad I repeatedly referred to him as Jake. I did not intend to disrespect him or his memory.
I have been known to be an ass. Clearly I was last night.
