**Athletes can work on row/run at same time to accumulate distance in any format they desire i.e. switch row/run every 400m for 4 rounds or every 800m for 2 rounds etc… Just have to get the 2000m

    This is my determined, quietly competitive, hard working, concert loving, corny joke telling, beautiful on the inside and outside daughter! I agree with Nate, and she definitely does not have her dads front rack (thank goodness).
