    Doesn’t get much better than Tiff! This gal has been dedicated from the first day. She has improved and grown in ways you couldn’t predict. She’s one of those quiet humble types that makes gains the right way and she’s an open gym head…ain’t many of those. Thanks for being workout buddy and friend!

    Dang! Look at Tiff go! She’s a CrossFit stud who puts in so much work, often when no one is watching. Her fitness journey has been on an uphill climb for years, and she continues to get stronger, fitter and faster by the day. Great person and great friend! Don’t know anyone who doesn’t love this lady 😊
