    Jim double fisted with some mean 16kg’s. If you don’t know Jim you’re missing out. He’s dedicated to everything in his life and CrossFit is one of them. He’s a great testament to consistency. He’s at CFHSV almost every day and rides his bike on Sundays to tackle Hero WODs. He’s a stud and a great person.
