    Love that couple right there! Laurie and Arlynn have been a great addition to CFHSV. They’re like peas and carrots together that bring fun, laughs, and hard work. They’re a part of that dynamic 6:15 crew that somehow find their way to the gym at 6:15pm after a long days work. Keep it up you two 😃

    Look at those studs!! I fell in love with Laurie and Arlynn the first night they stopped by to find out more about CrossFit. Their initial apprehensions quickly turned into focused determination and they haven’t skipped a beat since! They are such a great addition to our CFHSV community and I’m just so glad to know them! Keep killing it and staying after it, you two! You’re both awesome! 😁
