    Check out Pierre! My man has put in the work and he’s reaping the rewards now. He’s been extremely consistent in and out of the gym and it’s payed dividends. Pierre is quiet, kind, positive, and when he flashes that smile it lights up the gym. Glad you found us buddy!

    Pierre!! The worlds best supervisor that I had the privilege of working with 🙌🏼 Now we get to stay in touch through the gym and CrossFit and I’m so thankful for that! One of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet! Keep killin it sup 😉

    20:51 Rx, and the reason I finished under the cutoff is because on that last set of OHS, Charlie and Joseph were standing next to me watching the clock and saying, “hold on, don’t put it down, almost done, you got this…” Sure do appreciate y’all 🙂

    Did the OHS down the street at neighborhood gym: 165# across
    Then did Nancy with CF Kids and my middle son at 5pm class, running on the old-school course out back. Sub’ed in a pair of 20# DB for the OHS. 17:31
