    Clair releasing those hands before she performs a perfect push up as usual. Clair is always pushing herself in and out of the gym and she’s always kind and refreshing in the early mornings.

    Dang! Now that’s how you do a push-up! Clair is a body weight ninja and a CrossFit stud who starts most of her days with some hard work and a great attitude. She’s always friendly and encouraging as well. Keep it up, Clair! 😁
