Station Rotations x 2 Full Set Rotations

-1 minute Max HSPU (strict or kip) or Wall Walks

REST 1 minute

-1 minute Strict Press to Push Press

REST 1 minute

-1min Max Dips (Ring or Bar; strict or kip) or Parallette Dip Push-ups

REST 1 minute, and return back to start

3 minute AMRAP:

-Run 400m and Max HSPU or Wall Walks

REST 2 minutes

3 minute AMRAP:

-Row 500m or Bike 1km and Max S2O  135/95   RX+165/115   MRX 95/65

REST 2 minutes

3 minute AMRAP:

-Bike 1km or Row 500 or Run 400m and Max Dips (Ring or Bar) or Parallette Dip Push-ups

REST 2 minutes, then

“Finisher”
– 100 Anchored Sit-ups  MRX 75 For Time
