50 Pull-ups   RX+C2B (one hangs, one works)

50 Back Rack Barbell Lunges (alternating)   95/65   RX+ 115/75   MRX 75/55

50 WallBall Sit-ups (partner passing) 

50 Shoulder to Overhead (one holds locked OH, one works) 

50 Calorie Row or Assault Bike (one in high plank, one works)

    Santiago is the real deal. He’s been 100mph since he walked through the garage doors! Santiago is kind and friendly to everyone except the WODs. Keep training buddy cause we need ya!!
