    There’s just no other way to say it — this girl is downright bad to the bone! Mary Helen has a drive that is unmatched, an engine that won’t stop, and the sheer ability to do more than any athlete I’ve ever known. She quietly attacks every WOD and always finishes wanting more. She is a stud of a CrossFitter and so much fun to coach and to train alongside. Love watching your passion and determination continue to elevate your game, MH! Way to be, friend! 😁

    That Mary Helen is a silent killer. I’ve never met a CrossFitter or athlete in general thats as good as she is and completely quiet about it. Don’t say a word. Shows up, chalks up, beats everybody and slips right out the door. It’s scary

    Really cool pic. MH in her office at the back, crushing it as always. Great cf open this year MH! (For those who missed it, there was an epic finish between MH and Mo at Saturday r/e class. Mere mortals would have died. So cool to witness!)
